NB Development Pte Ltd was incorporated in Singapore in 2015 and fully accredited with the Building and Construction Agency as a B2 registered company. We are a growing company and within a short time, we have built a strong and diverse portfolio of projects. We have successfully completed design and build of industrial warehouses, factories and landed houses.​

We are very passionate about construction and fully committed to delivering quality built products that all stakeholders can be proud of. We take pride in providing innovative, cost effective and high quality solutions to complete technically challenging projects within the shortest possible duration. As part of our expansion plans to add into our specialist design and build portfolio in industrial, factories and warehousing solutions, we are making a foray into the private residential, mixed developments, commercial and retail market. Apart from new construction, we are also very keen in Additions & Alterations (A&A) projects and Asset Enhancement Initiative (AEI) projects. ​

We are aggressively building up competent site management and supervisory teams with the necessary project experience to augment the next phase of our growth.​

All our key management staff are veterans in the construction industry with diverse technical and commercial backgrounds. We are known for our “hands on” approach towards managing projects to ensure all projects are completed within cost, time and highest quality possible.
